JumpCloud AI-enhanced Insights and Reporting Preview

JumpCloud is prototyping the use of AI to enhance our customers’ ability to leverage natural language capabilities to gain insights into the devices, user identities, and access across their organization. This has been a key research project that has been in development since early 2023 that we are now ready to open to a limited set of customers.

We are looking to open JumpCloud AI to 50 additional customers on a first-come-first-serve basis who can work with us to refine our implementation and accelerate our ability to bring this capability to market.

To qualify, you must be:

• A current JumpCloud customer on a JumpCloud package or a la carte bundle that includes Directory Insights and/or System Insights
• Willing to spend 30 minute to speak with our Product Management and Engineering teams on how you use JumpCloud today
• Have familiarity with JumpCloud’s Directory Insights and/or System Insights capabilities and some knowledge of how to run SQL queries
• Must be willing to have periodic check-ins with our technical teams (1-2 times a month)
